Abstract

The total value of exports rose 26.52 percent from US $ 175.92 million (May 2019) to US $ 222.57 million (June 2019).

Mineral fuels are still the main export commodity (US $ 117.94 million), contributing 52.99 percent of total exports.

Japan is the main trading partner for export destinations (US $ 76.34 million), contributing 34.30 percent of total exports.

Kumai Port dominates Kalimantan Tengah's export commodity load service (US $ 25.61 million), contributing 11.51 percent of total exports.

Cumulatively, the total value of exports rose 37.42 percent from US $ 931.38 million (January-June 2018) to US $ 1,279.86 million (January-June 2019).

The total value of imports rose 141.05 percent from US $ 2.29 million (May 2019) to US $ 5.52 million (June 2019). Cumulatively, it fell 73.30 percent from US $ 133.74 million (January-June 2018) to US $ 35.71 million (January-June 2019).

The foreign trade balance was a surplus of US $ 217.05 million (June 2019) and US $ 1,244.15 million (January-June 2019).
