Abstract

Flight frequency in December 2023 increased by 3.48 percent compared to November 2023, from 863 flights to 893 flights.

The number of air transport passengers fell by 1.80 percent, from 93,016 people (November 2023) to 91,338 people (December 2023).

Goods traffic using air transportation increased by 3.40 percent, from 1,206 tonnes (November 2023) to 1,247 tonnes (December 2023).

The frequency of visits by ships at ports in Kalimantan Tengah region decreased by 2.57 percent, from 779 visits (November 2023) to 759 visits (December 2023).

The number of sea transportation passengers increased by 15.87 percent, from 36,751 people (November 2023) to 42,582 people (December 2023).

Goods traffic using sea transportation increased by 13.21 percent, from 1.68 million tonnes (November 2023) to 1.90 million tonnes (December 2023).

During December 2023, sea transport passenger activities and goods flows are concentrated at Kumai Port (69.69 percent and 46.30 percent).
