Gunung Mas Regency Employment Statistics 2023

Employment data collection is carried out by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) through the National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas), which is a survey to collect employment data. In addition to Sakernas, employment data collection is also carried out through other survey activities, such as the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas), Population Census (SP) and Inter-Census Population Survey (Supas). The concepts and definitions used in collecting employment data by BPS have never changed since 1976, except for the concept of open unemployment and employment status, which has been expanded since 2001. The selected sample for the August 2023 Sakernas nationally amounted to around 300,000 households in 34 provinces and 514 districts/cities. Meanwhile, the number of samples in Gunung Mas Regency was 480 households. The tables presented are detailed by gender (male and female) and only cover residents aged 15 years and over with table numbering starting with the total table.
