The circuit implementation of the Integrated Data Base Update (PBDT) in 2015 has been implemented since April 2015 beginning with the Coordination Meeting, recruitment officer, and a series of staff training PBDT PBDT 2015. 2015 was held simultaneously in all regencies / cities in Indonesia.
One series of integrated data base updates or better known as PBDT2015 activity is a Public Consultation Forum (FKP). FKP executed goal is to identify the presence of targeted households (RTS) PPLS 2011 in each of the villages / wards. Identification includes whether the RTS still live in villages / wards and whether there is change of the head of household (HH). In the course of FKP also accommodates whether there are households in addition to the list of PPLS2011 who want to put in the list of RTS PBDT2015 the condition in the category of poor households.
FKP implementation involving village officials / local villages namely: the village chief / headman, head of RT and RW, and Community Leaders. FKP implementation in Gunung Mas facilitated by facilitators from BPS Gunung Mas who are trained and skilled in leading the forum. FKP implementation in Gunung Mas ongoing since the date of May 25, 2015 and ended on June 21, 2015. FKP held at 127 Village / Sub involving 12 facilitators and 12 Assistant Facilitator.
FKP implementation results are reported regularly through sms gateway for monitoring can be done either from the BPS district, BPS, and BPS RI. In general, the implementation of the FKP in Gunung Mas did not encounter significant problems.
Based on the results of FKP, there are 4,226 identified RTS PPLS2011 still exist and live in villages / wards FKP and there are as many as 2,062 additional RTS which consists of a list of RTS recipients of government assistance programs that are not in the proposal PPLS2011 and village officials in FKP. A total of 6288 of the RTS, then it will be recorded on the Field Data Collection activities PBDT2015 to identify more about the characteristics of RTS include housing conditions, employment, assets, and others. Of household characteristic data results will be seen how many households are eligible for further government aid to be coordinated by the National Team to Accelerate Poverty (TNP2K).
