Consument Satisfaction of PST BPS Services Increases

The level of need and level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services were identified through SKD activities. This identification is carried out in order to improve the quality of statistical data and information as well as to provide better public services.

The results of the SKD 2020 were analyzed to obtain information about consumer characteristics, data needs, customer satisfaction with data quality, and customer satisfaction with services. Based on the results of the SKD 2020, the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) for PST BPS Gunung Mas Regency 2020 service was 88.48. This means that the service quality of PST BPS Gunung Mas Regency is in the Very Good category. The IKK to PST services of the Gunung Mas Regency BPS has always increased in the last three years, in 2018 (77.53) and 2019 (82.67).

Also obtained was the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) on Data Quality of 89.68, which means that the data quality from the BPS provider for Gunung Mas Regency was in the very good category.

There is also an Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) value of 92.19, which means that anti-corruption behavior is highly applied in the PST BPS Gunung Mas Regency service.
