Abstract

This publication contains the results of the 2019 Data Needs Survey (SKD) based on data collection using the VKD19 questionnaire instrument. SKD is a survey designed and conducted by BPS to identify the level of customer needs and satisfaction levels in order to improve data quality and public services.
The Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is used to get an overview of the level of customer satisfaction with the services provided by BPS. The CSI value for the PST BPS Gunung Mas Regency in 2019 was 82.67, which means that the service quality of the BPS BPS PST Gunung Mas Regency was in the good category.
