Abstract

The level of need and level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services is identified through SKD activities. The identification is carried out in order to improve the quality of data and statistical information and to provide better public services. The results of the 2021 SKD were analyzed to obtain information about consumer characteristics, data needs, customer satisfaction with data quality, and customer satisfaction with services. This means that the service quality of PST BPS Gunung Mas Regency is in the Very Good category. The Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) on Data Quality is also obtained at 93.63, which means that the data quality from the Gunung Mas Regency BPS provider is in the very good category. There is also an Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) value of 92.36, which means that anti-corruption behavior corruption is very much applied in the service of PST BPS Gunung Mas Regency.
