Abstract

The level of consumer demand and satisfaction with BPS data and services is identified through SKD activities. The identification was carried out in order to improve the quality of data and statistical information and provide better public services. The results of the 2023 SKD were analyzed to obtain information about consumer characteristics, data needs, consumer satisfaction with data quality, and consumer satisfaction with services. Based on the results of the 2023 SKD, the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) for PST BPS services in Gunung Mas Regency is 94.06. This means that the service quality of PST BPS Gunung Mas Regency is in the Very Good category. It also obtained an Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) value of 97.55, which means that anti-corruption behavior is highly applied in the PST BPS services of Gunung Mas Regency.
